Treatment Philosophy

We have a relationship with everything in our lives, including people, work, play, and so on. When these relationships cause distress or become dysfunctional, problems arise.

Andria Estrella-Roa believes the problems that arise are not within individuals but within the relationships they have to themselves and others. Her goal in therapy is to help clients change these relationships to improve their quality of life and attain a greater sense of peace.

Testimonials

“Andria has been helpful in her work with trauma survivors and helping them share the most intimate, difficult parts of their experiences. She has been an integral part of helping some clients start their healing process. She has a way with people that helps them feel safe and comfortable. We have even trusted her with our team in dealing with vicarious trauma for communities we serve, with the stress of working during covid and this pandemic.”
